At first glance, I thought the product was a bit overpriced, but I realized the price perception really came down to the level of detail one wishes to add to their project. Once I saw the results, the price point didn’t seem to matter at all. For reference, my project was the Ziroli Panther and I used the 1/6.3 scale stencils, which were included with the order. The package arrived in a secure cardboard box. Inside, I found a color data sheet, detailed placement guide, the actual stencils, sample stencils and a step-by-step user manual. I used Behr latex flat paint with a Minwax (water based) clear satin as a foundation for the stencils. For stencil paint, Tamiya Lacquer airbrush was applied. A key tip for using the product is to FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS PRINTED IN THE “STENCIL USER MANUAL” and spray multiple light layers of paint. It is important to be patient and not get in a hurry.
